um...hello? im new to guild wars kinda i didnt have a decent pc when this game came out and so i finally do....and yea so i have the first and second game/expansion...and would like to know some tips and maybe meet some people?

Aswell as some guidance on what subjob works well with assassin. Thank you for your time and im sorry if this post is in the wrong area and Im also sorry if this post looks/sounds retarded I am not trying to annoy anyone I am very noob to guild wars and Im not used to using forums. So yea.

PvX wiki is a large collection of builds (which are the set of attribute points and 8 skills you use) for all professions. As far as Assassins go, if you want to stick to PvE, a good secondary is either Warrior or Dervish, but for Dervish you'll need Nightfall (not sure which games you have), and you also cannot choose a secondary Dervish profession at the beginning (you'd have to change to it later).

I'll PM you my in-game name. You can whisper me if you ever need help or want to play, but to be honest I don't play that often lately (mostly weekends) due to classes and such, but if I'm on feel free to talk to me.

First of all - welcome to the game and the forums and may you enjoy both!

If you are interested in classes - the Campfire section has sub-sections for each class and you should be able to find some basic guides for each class in them. For instance - this should help you with the assassin:

We usually refer to "subjobs" as secondary professions. Just a heads up so that you'll understand the basic language.
The good thing in GW is that once you reach a certain point in the game (about halfway though each chapter) you will be able to change your secondary profession. So no need to worry about making a mistake - if you find there is no use for your secondary of choice - you will be able to change it later.

Was just wondering since for a new person it makes more sense to play on the US servers because they are more full. So if you'd be European it would make more sense to switch servers. But obviously that's not the case ...
